Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services booked through MachiOn. Have them reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.

Service requests

A request becomes a job once MachiOn confirms the visit. Diagnosis and inspection charges, if any, are communicated before the engineer is dispatched.

Quotes and spares

Repair and spares quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Import-substitute parts are identified as such on every quote and invoice.

Warranty on repairs

Repairs carry a written warranty as stated on the job card. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, electrical surges, unauthorised modification or normal wear of consumables.

AMC contracts

Scope, response times and visit schedules for annual maintenance contracts are defined in the signed contract.
